Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.

Agenda Items

Currently 88 of our 156 homes have paid their 2018 dues. Stacey will send out a dues reminder letter to include an overview of how the dues money is used and updated electronic methods of payment to include Zelle.

We need 100-110 households to pay their dues in order to fund our budget. Fortunately, expenses for the current year are fairly low. We have a present balance of approximately $12,000, which includes a $7,250 holdback for long-term projects such as the Rufe Snow Fence. Our budget calls for adding $2,000-$2,250 per year to that holdback.

New homeowners’ welcome bags. Jenilee reported that bag distribution is going well; most have been delivered and there are one or two more closings coming up soon.

Entrance walls. Chris obtained an estimate from Brick Doctor. Repair of mortar cracks in the two large wall sections, plus water sealant for those portions, plus complete demolition and rebuilding of the bulletin board section is approximately $3,500. We voted unanimously to proceed with the work now to prevent the damage from becoming worse. This means we will most likely not be able to fund the fence holdback this year.

Garage sale. Josh will ask Stoneridge if they have scheduled a fall garage sale. If so, we will have ours the same weekend. If not, we will hold ours October 12-13.

National Night Out. We will participate in this national initiative this year on Tuesday, October 2. We will set up at Jenilee Harwell’s home, potentially with a grill, games and music, as well as an HOA table to let neighbors know what we do. Jenilee will contact Keller PD to register. We will coordinate this event though email.

Bob announced that he is relocating to Las Vegas this fall and therefore will be relinquishing his presidency. We wish him the best and thank him for his service.
