Based on the State of Texas' new academic accountability system, Keller Independent School District received an "A" rating. Just 39 of 160 Texas school districts achieved the highest achievement recognition. We're certainly proud of Keller ISD and the wonderful teachers and staff that make our schools among the best in Texas!

Currently 88 of our 156 homes have paid their 2018 dues. Stacey will send out a dues reminder letter to include an overview of how the dues money is used and updated electronic methods of payment to include Zelle.
As you know, our Spring Planting day was postponed due to cold weather. We have rescheduled for this Saturday, April 21st at 2:00PM. In the event of more bad weather (forecast calling for rain on Saturday) we'll move the event to Sunday afternoon at 2:00PM.
To help keep HOA dues low we are asking volunteers to help. We'll be meeting at the Rufe Snow entrance of the neighborhood for weeding, planting fresh flowers, and spreading mulch.
