Texas Summer is in full swing, and we all love to fire up our grills and smokers! To be sure, there is nothing better than a good old fashioned barbeque with family and friends. From whole bird grilling, to foil packets and grilled veggies, we love to step into the role of Grill Master!
Jerk Chicken Wings
Toss 6 split chicken wings, 1 tablespoon veg. oil, and 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning on a sheet of foil. Form a packet. Grill over high heat, turning once, 25 mins. Top with cilantro and serve with lime wedges! (Food Network)
If you love melt-in-your-mouth steaks, try marinating them in soy sauce and beer with a bit of garlic powder on them. And remember, make sure your steak is at room temperature before you put it on the grill. YUM!
For a mouth-watering appetizer, wrap pineapple chunks in bacon, put them on skewers and toss them on the grill. Your guests will love you for this one!
