Bradford Pear Trees

You may have noticed the Bradford Pear trees that lined our entrance have been removed. The HOA met with an arborist who noted the trees were fatigued and had numerous dead branches. The HOA board met and came to a unanimous decision to remove the trees for aesthetic, and more importantly, safety reasons. Obviously we don’t want tree branches falling on passersby!

We are currently evaluating replacement landscape options. Thanks for your patience as we work to further beautify Quail Valley!
