February Update: Volunteers and HOA Dues
Neighbors,
As you know, Quail Valley is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Keller. Ours is a safe neighborhood with excellent schools and robust amenities. Quail Valley is also a 100% volunteer Homeowners Association. If you'd like to volunteer, we have two positions available on the Board (President and Secretary) and there are also many other ways to get involved. We have a terrific group of volunteers currently and we'd love for you to join us! Please contact us if you are interested.
Quail Valley's HOA dues are also among the lowest in Keller. At just $75.00 per year, we are far more affordable than many of the neighborhoods adjacent to Quail Valley. These fees cover the cost of lighting the front entrance, landscaping, watering the flowerbeds and general upkeep of the front entrance. The remainder goes toward saving for larger projects such as fence maintenance as masonry repairs.
Our dues will continue to be held at $75.00 this year. This affordable rate (just twenty cents a day!) is made possible thanks to all the neighborhood volunteers who help us stretch our budget.
Please remit payment by February 28th. Your check can be made payable to “Quail Valley Homeowners Association” and mailed to:
Quail Valley Homeowners Association
P.O. Box 552
Keller, TX 76244
New this year: Quail Valley is now able to accept electronic transfers from neighbors who bank with Bank of America. Transfers can be made to QVHAKeller@gmail.com via the person to person transfer. Please include your address in the comments section if you choose to use this option.
On behalf of the Quail Valley Homeowners Association Board, thank you for being wonderful neighbors and for doing your part to keep Quail Valley an outstanding place to call home!
Kind Regards,
Josh Morphew
